Submission Guidelines

Submission guidelines

Please carefully read the following guidelines to make sure you fully understand the process and your submissions are successfully uploaded.

Categories: The Pupil Design Awards will be judged in three categories: Year 7&8, 9&10 and Year 12. Please make sure you select the right category when submitting your individual projects.

Multiple submissions: Each school representative can submit projects multiple times, but each individual or group project you submit needs to be clearly identified e.g. If you divided your students into groups make sure you know which group the specific project belongs to. You can label your groups as group one, two and so on or give them meaningful names.

Document and attachments: Each submission has to include 6 x A3 sheets. File formats accepted include: PDFs, GIFs, JPEGs, JPGs, PNGs.

Editing uploads: If you made a mistake when uploading your files, you will be able to edit your submission, please remember to give your files meaningful names.

Please note that once you submit your work you won’t be able to make any other amendments.

Submission deadline: 24th May. After this date the portal will no longer accept any submissions.
